The Process
How long does a complete planning package take?
Typically, a complete execution pack takes 15-20 days. Floor plans are delivered within 3-5 days of the initial consultation.
Can I manage the project sitting abroad?
Yes. Our 100% online delivery model is designed for NRI clients. We use digital project portals and video consultations for all discussions.
Will I get a hard copy of the drawings?
While we deliver high-resolution digital CAD and PDF files, physical prints can be courier-shipped to your location as a paid add-on.
Technical & Design
Are all designs Vastu compliant?
Unless specified otherwise, our lead architects always prioritize Vastu principles for room positioning while maintaining modern spatial efficiency.
Do you provide interior design services?
We provide interior 'logic' (furniture layouts, light points). Full photorealistic interior design is available as an independent add-on service.
What if the contractor finds a mismatch in drawings?
We provide direct contractor-support calls during the execution phase to resolve any site-level queries or drawing interpretations.
Billing & Legals
Is the price inclusive of GST?
No, the package prices listed are exclusive of GST. A standard 18% GST will be applied during the final billing.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the first draft?
We offer a partial refund (excluding consultation fees) if the project is cancelled within 48 hours of the first concept floor plan delivery.
Do you help with building sanctions/permits?
We provide technical drawings required for permits, but we do not handle the filing process with local municipal authorities.
