Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Once a professional design project is initiated, it cannot be cancelled. Due to the customized nature of architectural design and engineering services, architectural resources and engineering bandwidth are allocated immediately upon project kick-off.
2. Iteration-First Approach
Architectural design is a collaborative process. If you are unsatisfied with an initial design concept, PlanMyPlot provides dedicated revision rounds (as per your chosen package) to align the design with your vision. Refund requests will not be entertained until all included revision rounds have been exhausted.
3. Consultation Fees
Fees paid for "One-on-One Architect Consultations," "Plan Reviews," or "Discovery Sessions" are 100% non-refundable once the session has occurred or the review report has been delivered.
4. Refund Eligibility (24-Hour Window)
If a payment was made in error or you change your mind BEFORE any project work has started, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment. Such refunds will be subject to a 10% deduction for administrative and payment gateway processing charges. No refunds will be processed after 24 hours.
5. Milestone-Based Services
Our services are delivered in milestones (e.g., Floor Plan → Elevation → Structural). Once a milestone drawing set is delivered to the client (via Email or WhatsApp), the payment for that specific milestone is considered fully earned and is non-refundable.
