Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PlanMyPlot (operated by Isotect Sturdy Construction Pvt Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PlanMyPlot.

2. Scope of Services

PlanMyPlot provides architectural consulting, technical drawing sets, and engineering coordination. We are strictly a Design & Consulting Firm. We are not a construction company, civil contractor, or material supplier. Our deliverables are "Technical Blueprints" intended for execution by your chosen professional contractor.

Note: Any on-site supervision or monitoring is a separate paid service and is limited to specific geographic locations.

3. Information Accuracy & Site Verification

Our designs are based entirely on the plot dimensions, survey data, and requirements provided by you. PlanMyPlot is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

Crucial: Before starting construction (excavation), the client or their appointed contractor MUST verify all dimensions on the actual site against the provided drawing set. Any discrepancies must be reported to PlanMyPlot immediately.

4. Building Sanctions & Local Bylaws

While our plans follow standard National Building Codes (NBC), the responsibility of obtaining municipal approvals, building sanctions, and DC conversions lies solely with the client. Most local authorities require a licensed local surveyor to file these applications. Our drawings are "Execution Sets" meant for building, not necessarily "Sanction Sets" for local permits.

5. Structural Integrity & Deviations

Structural safety is our priority. Our RCC designs are calculated for specific load conditions. Any deviation from our structural plans (changing column sizes, reducing steel, adding floors not planned for) made on-site without our written approval will void all structural responsibility of PlanMyPlot.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All design concepts, architectural logic, and technical drawings are the intellectual property of PlanMyPlot. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a single-use license to build one house at the specified site. You may not resell, redistribute, or reuse these plans for other projects or commercial gain.

7. Payments & Project Timeline

We follow a strict milestone-based payment structure. Drawings are released only after the respective milestone payment is cleared. Project timelines are indicative and may shift based on the speed of client feedback/revisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlanMyPlot is not liable for contractor negligence, masonry errors, material quality, or site-level delays. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid for the specific design service in question.

9. Governing Law

Any legal disputes are strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shivamogga, Karnataka.
