Once you pick a package, we confirm the specific drawings you need. This keeps billing transparent and sets a clear delivery date from Day 1.
Floor Plan Designing
Our lead architect develops custom floor layouts optimized for ventilation and Vastu. We iterate on the room zoning until the layout is perfect.
3D Elevation Designing
Visualize the exterior. Once the layout is locked, we develop the 3D form, material suggestions, and photorealistic renders for visual confidence.
Technical Working Drawings
From structural engineering to MEP (Electrical & Plumbing) plans, we prepare the complete technical blueprint required for construction.
Handover & Consultation
Final digital pack delivery. We provide a project briefing session to guide you on how to coordinate these drawings with your site contractor.
