The Junior Architect role at PlanMyPlot is where fresh talent meets real projects from day one. You will work under senior architects on live residential assignments — developing floor plans, preparing presentation drawings, and learning how great design gets delivered on a deadline.

What You'll Do
- Assist senior architects in developing concept and schematic floor plans for residential projects
- Prepare 2D drawings, basic 3D models, and presentation sheets for client review meetings
- Incorporate client feedback and Vastu or functional requirements into revised layouts
- Maintain organized project folders, drawing registers, and revision histories
- Support site analysis — plot dimensions, setbacks, orientation, and context documentation
- Coordinate with civil drafters to ensure drawing sets are complete and consistent
- Attend internal design reviews and client meetings; take notes and action items
- Stay updated on local building norms and PlanMyPlot design standards
What We're Looking For
- B.Arch degree (COA registration preferred or in progress)
- 0–2 years of experience or strong internship portfolio in residential design
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one 3D tool (SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
- Good understanding of spatial planning, circulation, and natural light principles
- Attention to detail and ability to work within defined timelines
- Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback in a fast-paced studio environment
Nice to Have
- Academic or project experience with Vastu principles
- Basic rendering skills for client presentations
