About the Role

PlanMyPlot needs a Sales Manager who can build systems, not just close deals. You will lead the entire sales function — BDEs, Pre-Sales, and future hires — ensuring that revenue targets are not just set but consistently achieved.

You will own forecasting, coaching, process design, and cross-functional alignment with design and customer success teams. This is a leadership role for someone who has scaled a sales team before and understands the nuances of selling high-trust, high-ticket residential services in India.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and manage the BDE and Pre-Sales teams with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets; report progress to leadership
  • Design and refine the sales playbook — scripts, objection handling, proposal templates, and follow-up cadences
  • Conduct pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy checks, and weekly team performance sessions
  • Partner with marketing on lead quality, campaign feedback, and conversion optimization
  • Ensure seamless handoff from closed deals to the design and customer success teams
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales hires as the team grows
  • Analyze win/loss data and implement process improvements to increase close rates

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or sales manager role
  • Demonstrated success hitting revenue targets in B2C or consultative B2B sales
  • Experience managing both inside (pre-sales) and field or remote (BDE) sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with CRM dashboards, conversion funnels, and forecasting
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Based in or willing to work hybrid from Bengaluru for team meetings and strategy sessions

Nice to Have

  • Experience in real estate, proptech, architecture, or home construction sales
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
